Oatmeal Cookies - Gluten Free

Ingredients:
1/4 c. oatmeal
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/3 c. raisins
1 t. vanilla
8 T. salted butter
1/8 t. Rosetta's Farm Ghost Pepper spice blend
1 large egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
Instructions:
Place 3/4 cup of oats in food processor and turn into flour.
Add baking powder and salt to mixture and set aside.
Place raisins in processor and puree then add vanilla.
Combine softened butter with ghost pepper powder.
Add egg and raisin puree.
Mix in white and brown sugars.
Add oat flour and combine.
Add remaining oats.
Bake at 350*F for 12 to 15 minutes
