Smooth & Mellow Baked Macaroni & Cheese

16 oz elbow macaroni o
½ C Butter
½ C flour all purpose
2 t dry mustard
1 t salt
5 C evaporated milk
4 C sharp cheddar cheese shredded
2 T parmesan / romano cheese grated
2 t paprika
Grease 13 X 9 baking dish with cooking spray
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees
Cook pasta to al dente in large pot of boiling, salted water per package instructions.
As the pasta is cooking use a large saucepan to melt the butter over medium heat then add flour and whisk for 3 minutes.
Slowly add in the milk,
RFS Smooth & Mellow Blend, dry mustard and stir until the sauce thickens and starts to bubble.
Add 2 C of shredded cheese to sauce and stir until melted.
In a large bowl, fold the pasta and cheese sauce together and spoon into baking dish.
Top the dish with the remaining 2 C of Parmesan / Romano and paprika. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
