Surprise Cinnamon Chocolate Yam Dessert

The recipe will be for one yam, however multiply for each person.
1 medium yam, peeled
½ tsp. olive oil
Approx. 1 tsp. RFS Sweetie Pie spice blend
2 or 3 large chocolate squares (your favorite brand)
Whipped cream (optional)
Aluminum foil (for oven baking)
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
Place peeled yam onto aluminum foil sheet and use oil to fully coat the yam. Shake approx. ¾ tsp of RFS Sweetie Pie spice blend and encrust the yam with spice. Wrap the foil around the spiced yam and cook for 1 hour or until soft.
Open foil and make slits into the yam. Shake the remaining ¼ tsp of RFS Sweetie Pie spice blend into slits, insert chocolate squares into the hot yam and pour the collected yam juices in the foil on top of the chocolate squares.
Allow chocolate squares a minute to melt. Top with Whipped Cream and enjoy!
